How to Get Into Your Account
For Lasseters, there are actually two different logins that sit side by side, and over the years we have seen that mixing them up is easily the most common point of confusion. One account is your IHG One Rewards profile that connects to Crowne Plaza Alice Springs Lasseters - this is the hotel side with bookings, stays and loyalty points. The other is a venue membership or rewards login managed directly by Lasseters, which covers on-site entertainment and casino loyalty. Taking a moment to work out which one you need before you open a browser usually saves a bit of frustration.
If you are trying to check a room reservation, change dates or look at hotel points, you should go through the IHG portal. When the goal is to manage on-site rewards or your casino membership, you start at lasseters.com.au and move into the member section from there. Both paths are official, they just live in separate systems.
Signing In Through IHG
Guests who already have an IHG One Rewards account linked to Crowne Plaza Alice Springs Lasseters will see a fairly familiar sign in flow. Go to ihg.com first, or open the Crowne Plaza Alice Springs Lasseters hotel page if you prefer going straight to the property.
On that page, look for the Sign In button in the top navigation. It normally sits in the top right corner. Once you click it, you will be asked for the email address connected to your IHG profile, and then for your password. The password is case-sensitive, so it is worth a quick look at the caps lock key before you submit.
After you hit Sign In, the system checks your details against the central IHG member database. When everything matches, you land on your account dashboard where you can view previous and current reservations, your IHG points balance and any upcoming stays.
To focus on bookings at Alice Springs in particular, move to the My Stays section or search using the relevant booking reference. If you stay at different IHG properties and have several hotels under the same profile, there is a property filter available that helps you narrow the view down to just the Alice Springs reservation.
This IHG login is only for hotel-related activity. It is designed for rooms, bookings and loyalty points. It does not connect with casino gaming sessions, TAB wagering or other venue activity on the Lasseters Hotel Casino side.
Recovering a Lost Password
Passwords do get misplaced from time to time, so the recovery path is set up to be fairly simple. In most cases you can reset access without picking up the phone.
On the IHG sign in screen, click the Forgot Password link positioned under the password field. A new page opens where you type in the email address that is registered to your account and submit the request. Within a few minutes you should see a password reset email from IHG in your inbox. If it has not arrived after a short wait, it is worth checking your spam or junk folder as well.
Inside that email is a secure reset link. Open it and click through; just keep in mind that these links only stay active for a limited time, usually up to 24 hours, so it is better not to leave it for later. On the reset page you can then create a new password. We always recommend mixing uppercase and lowercase letters with numbers and symbols so it stays strong and harder to guess.
Confirm the new password in the second field, save the change and then return to the main sign in page. From there, log in again using your email and the new credentials you have just set.
If this self-service path still does not resolve the problem, our team at the Alice Springs property is able to step in and help. Within Australia, you can call us for free on 1800 808 975. For local calls in Alice Springs the number is 08 8950 7777, and for guests calling from overseas it is +61 8 8950 7777. Email support is also available via [email protected]. Response times can vary a little with volume and time of day, though during standard business hours most of these requests are handled the same day.
One extra note from our day to day experience: if you rely on a password manager, check that it has synced your latest details before you sign in from a new phone, tablet or laptop. Outdated passwords stored in a browser or app are behind more lockouts than most people expect.
Account Types at a Glance
| Account Type | Access Point | Primary Use |
|---|---|---|
| IHG One Rewards | ihg.com or Crowne Plaza booking page | Hotel reservations, loyalty points, room management |
| Lasseters Venue Membership | lasseters.com.au member section | On-site rewards, entertainment access, casino loyalty |
| Third-Party Booking Account | booking.com or guestreservations.com | External reservation management only |
Each account path above runs as its own system. Login details, points and profile data do not move between them automatically. If you hold both an IHG One Rewards profile and a Lasseters venue membership, you will manage each one separately through its own login page, as there is currently no single sign-on that links the two together.
